You got it.
This is in Pecos National Historical Park located 25 miles east of Santa Fe, New Mexico along I-25.
The photo shows the ruins of the Mission Church at Pecos that was completed in 1717. It's built on the site of the first Pecos Church that was completed in 1625 and destroyed in the Pueblo revolt of 1680.
The Battle of Glorieta Pass was fought just a few miles from this spot in March 1862.
Kestrel -- Thanks for the puzzle contribution -- I've never been here -- it looks like a neat place to visit.
Dave -- I suppose it would be too obvious to suggest Bryce National Park?

First of all, name the building. And for a bonus point, name the other one that's sneaking into the top right corner.

Makes me think of Chicago -- but I don't know the building -- Looking forward to the answer.

If it's Chicago, it might be the Art Institute - but I can't figure out what the other building would be if it is.
... but I think the visual clues should be enough without me adding anything more (for the time being at least); both are famous buildings in their own right.

It's missing one of the antenna -- unless this really is a tricky shot...
Actually I think the tower with the single antenna is the Pritzker Pavillion
Mark
No, the building on the right couldn't actually be different from the Pritzker Pavillion. Here are a couple of clues:
• The two buildings share the same initials.
• The one on the left is 84 years older than the one on the right
