And I asked Kathy if it was ok to mention her on forums and social media and she said that is fine I don't want to break any forum rules, maybe a moderator could let me know how I can share her info? As insurance is normally a very difficult part of a non resident buying a vehicle and Kathy made it incredibly easy and cheap

James, it might be OK with Kathy, but I do not think she knows what she would be letting herself in for. She is only one of a large call centre in DE.

It is never a good idea to disclose contact information on a public forum.... even when that has to do with business. Maybe the same does not apply with the company name, but I do not think that would be welcome here either. It would be tamtamount to advertising.
