In the Pinedale, WY Library there is a large framed Union Pacific Railroad poster showing Big Boy against a magnificent backdrop of scenery in Wyoming. The heading on the poster is TUCKER SMITH. The caption under the picture reads:
"Big Boy" the largest steam engine in the world, East bound at Green River, WY.

To me it would not have been more than a pretty picture if it had not been for this thread.
