Hi all
seen some handy tips on here for Roadtrips and wondered if anyone could suggest one to me, or help in my suggestions.
Looking at a mid to late week in September for me, partner and young son, 4 months. We wanna fly from London into New York, Boston area and maybe drive from there to Chicago in an RV and fly back out of Chicago. Gives us away to see the sights and we can take the house with us as easier with the young son.
any good drives? been to New york many times. I though possible driving up to Boston, if we dont fly into Boston, across to the Albany area, across to Buffalo and the Niagara falls, North around the lake past or nip into Detroit (run a Techno club and record label so gotta nip into the home of Techno) and on to Chicago.
ive had a quick look, there seems t be enough time for a bit of driving then staying in places, if we dont plan too much, but i wondered if anyone had any initial definitely do/donts for that type of trip? places to call into on the way. looking for drives with great views and interesting things to see, camp sites to stay at that are good. Dont necessarily need centers to visit as i wanna visit Boston, Niagra and Chicago, so i think they will take up the time.
look forward to chattin.. :0)
