  1. Default East Coast Road Trip for College Kids

I'm currently in the early stages of planning an East Coast road trip. My buddies and I have 2 weeks in May to hit up a few cities. We'd like to start in Toronto, then head to Boston, New York, Philly, D.C., Pittsburgh, and then maybe end with Cedar Point. If possible, a stop in Jersey Shore would be nice. Let me know if you have any good suggestions or must-see spots. Thanks

    Default Into the Unknown

Welcome aboard the RoadTrip America Forums!

Even though RoadTrips are often about traveling to unknown places in a spirit of adventure and discovery, it's not a good idea to offer advice to someone on what to see/do without knowing a little bit about what they would consider enjoyable. So far you've told us nothing but the bare bones of your route, and that (maybe) you'll stop at the shore or an amusement park. What I can tell you is that you'll need a minimum of three full driving days to complete your circuit which really shouldn't curtail your sight seeing or other activities, and that you will, of course, need passports. Also, on the off chance that any of your party is under 18, he will need written, notarized permission to cross the border and for any emergency medical treatment he may need along the way. So, precisely, what else were you all hoping to see/do?
