We are hiring a car, I will still be 20 so Joanne is the main driver.

Does the $6,000 (USD) include the cost of the rental car? And as you know from your original post, Joanne will have to be only driver unless you really want to have a very expensive rental.

Sorry about the virginia thing. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend anything special to do..
