Driving from Nashville, TN to Medford, OR in early February! Need advice please!

I will "third" the vote for Safetravelusa website. We used it when we did that Feb. 2018 trip from Southern CA to the Denver area in a U-Haul, and again this past November when we went round-trip from Southern CA to Denver and back, in our own vehicle. Some states are very good about traffic cameras, where you can see exactly what the road looks like.
