  1. Default Taking a trip from east coast (Virginia) to west coast (Seattle, WA) and need advice

I am planning (have booked my flight already) a trip to Seattle Washington for the 4th of July weekend. I will be leaving on the 2nd and returning on the 5th.

I am wondering how the time difference is going to affect me and also wondering if there are any tricks to the trade, especially considering the short amount of time I'll be there.

Would appreciate any input anyone has.

    Thanks.

Default an odd place to ask

Welcome to the RoadTrip America Forum!

I've got to say, this really seems like an odd forum to ask such a question - after all this is a forum about Roadtripping, not about Airline Travel.

3 Hours really isn't that huge of a difference, so while you might have a little jet lag, its not that big of a deal. I've really never had a significant issue when the difference is only a few hours. Make sure you get enough rest, and if you can avoid it, don't try to change you schedule that significantly. I'm not really sure what other "tricks of the trade" you might be looking for.
