Just wanted to pass this find along, for those heading over the Washington state passes, Washington State Department of Transportation has a website setup specifically for mobile devices: http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/small/

It's a great addition to their 5-1-1 service for those that would rather just read their pass reports instead of navigate a phone tree.
