If only it were that simple! This is a city that is remarkably honest in terms of booking rates. The rates are always at the most they can reasonably get on any given night. What really drives the rates is what convention or special event is in town. It is almost a coincidence these days that these rates fall on the weekends. Which casino hotels are you considering? Three that I would give a hard look at would be Paris (on the strip) and the two newest ones -- South Coast and the Red Rock casinos. There are at least a dozen more I would give high marks to but these three have really nice rooms.Originally Posted by Badduke

I have stayed at hundreds of campgrounds in the last decade or so. My memory is fading, and I don't have time to grab the log book -- but Beverly Beach SP in Oregon is great -- I will look closer at your list when I return to the office this afternoon.
