    Default LA to Chicago in 2 days - lots of questions!

    I'm moving back to Chicago from LA in '93 Honda Civic w/all my wordly belongings and need some advice on routes. I would love to avoid bad weather but do have a friend in Denver. I can be swayed to go the S. route if the sanity consensus recommends it.

    Default I-70

    Again, lots of opinions on this subject on this board -- if it were me, I would always choose I-15 to I-70 in the winter. The southern route has snow too and lacks the sight of the Coloado Rockies in winter!
