It's not really a beach, and it doesn't have swimming, but City Beach is every bit as much fun. Activities include rock climbing, volleyball, ping pong, bocce ball, foosball, shuffleboard and air hockey and the only indoor ropes course in northern California. There's also a restaurant and a sports bar, and ample facilities for hosting parties and special events for any age group.
