    I think I may have got this one a couple of days ago but I answered it in the form of an edit to another post (near the bottom of page 11):

    Default What it isn't

    First thought that came to me was "Mono County Courthouse" in Bridgeport, but it isn't ornate enough and the windows and tower are wrong.

    Still pondering.
