OK, I'll throw one more out there. I think this will be pretty easy, but it's an unusual subject, so it might not be...

    Where is this Men's Bathroom?

Yep., the bathroom in the cave itself. I figured the natural rock they left in place would be very distinctive.

Default It looked familar to me too

But I wasn't fast enough -- Kinda surprising that George (GLC) got it that fast without being able to see the color of the soil....

Default That's got to be a first!

I don't remember any shots in a men's bathroom before in this puzzle!

Mark, I found it by searching on cable stayed bridges and found the list on Wiki of the longest ones in the world, then looked at the pics of each one in the US till I found it.

    Where is this?
If that's NOT the Bitterwater Road, west of the Temblor Range and north of California Valley/Carrizzo Plain NM, it's doing a very good impression of it.

    Default Close, but no cigar

It's not the Bitterwater Road, but you did get the correct state, just need to go a little further north.

Here's a very good map of the Bitterwater Road (on the bottom of that page) and his updated description here.

    Default Clue #2

Susprisingly,, given the local topography, Alpine Lake can be found near this location.
