I dunno, that would be a tough sell for me. I like frogs-legs -- I just had some here in Las Vegas...

Phil Smidt and Sons.
Used to be a big deal; the likes of Babe Ruth, Bob Hope, Mayor Daley, etc.
Allegedly Phil and his wife (from NJ) on a train trip to Chicago got off one stop too early, and events led to a restuarant.
Noted for their frog legs (ew!) and lake perch (not bad) dinners (available sauteed or fried).
Went through several owners, last incarnation finally done in by the buffets at the boat casinos (evidently gambling is legal on the water) on Lake Michigan, less than a mile away.

That one photo could make swear off frogs legs forever! (I see you lacked the...eh fortitude to display that image....)
Since this is the last weekend of June......
What the heck are we looking at here? Where is it?

This photo may strike you as obscure -- but most of us have seen this.... Well, maybe not all, but on average several thousand folks pass by this each and every month....
Frog legs taste like chicken.................................
...and according to Megan... just like dirt.... too

"Fireworks Trees" at Moapa Paiute Travel Plaza, NV?
On I15 about halfway between LV and Valley of Fire State Park?
Once I figured out these were "fireworks trees" (?!?) the rest was easy.
What's a "firework tree"?
Actually it's at the exit on I-15 to go to Valley of Fire State Park.

This is actually the #1 source for the extremely illegal fireworks that are rocketed skyward on my street each 4th of July... Here are some photos from last year...
The store has some launching pads behind the store for testing some of these somewhat-controlled explosions.
Firework Trees are more "art" than anything!

The clue on this one is a riddle.... Thousands of people see this every month, but only a handful actually look at this. Where is it?

Dead Horse State Park?
(I also recognised the fireworks trees but couldn't quite put my finger on their location!)
