Well, it is in Washington, DC -- Excellent work! But it is the National Art Gallery....

Hmmm, Yeah, that's not something you see every day.... That almost looks like a bookcase instead of a structural support for a bridge....

Well, I need another clue -- what state is this in? Or something else illuminating....

I don't know which bridge or even which location.... but I'm guessing that perhaps the bridge is carrying traffic along a section of the old Lincoln Highway?

This bridge is in Ohio. Note the railroad tracks in the foreground. There is also a river at this location. It is not the Lincoln Highway.
