It's from the Marina Blvd, the browny coloured building is the Fort Mason centre.
I can't remember if the fog was coming in or burning off again [you can see it on top of the towers] but one moment it was a warm, pleasant day and the next chilly damp and very little visibility and then back again.
Typical of SF.
