    Here's the story on them.

    And.... technically you are also correct, they were also configured as AT-6 Texans -- here is some more detailed information about the planes. and this site is the group of pilots we worked with in 1997.

    The rest of the story... We went to see the cave and the bats and then the rain came.
    The Park Rangers made us leave the park and we never got to see even one bat.
    I guess we will have to go back.

    There's a mural on a horse in the visitor's center that we'll profile in a couple of weeks. Did you see it when you were there?

    Nice threatening shot of the incoming lightning!
