Fast cooking camping food

Hi Guys,

Currently when I camp, I cook this rice along with an organic lentil canned soup from Amy's such as this one. I am a vegan.

I really like the rice and don't have any problems. Just wondering if there are other kinds of rices (brown etc) that are also fast cooking.

Any other camping food that others can suggest that are vegan?

I don't know if it's what you are looking for- but Trader Joe's has different rices in bags that just need to be heated up.

I'm a vegetarian and they have a couple of different types.
