    Default Plane crash at SFO

This isn't exactly a road issue, but a lot of visitors use SFO for both international and domestic flights.

The crash has closed 2 of the airport's 4 runways, and the 2 that are open don't handle jumbo jets very well. There are a lot of delays and cancellations due to this, and they are estimating this will continue for about a week. If you were planning on flying in or out of SFO this week, you may want to reroute if possible. Other large airports in the SF Bay area are Oakland and San Jose, or you may want to look at LAX for international flights.

    Default Better but not 100%

The SFO website you may want to keep an eye on.

Three of four runways open again, but operations still impacted. The "28" runways are the longer ones, and large jets taking off (with full fuel loads) need to use these... only one is open right now and this could be the case for a while until the investigations are complete.

All four runways open again and SFO is back to normal operations.

Unfortunately, a third passenger has now died of her injuries.

Thanks for the update. A dreadful accident.
