California:

There was a little bit of construction along I-8 in the mountains east of San Diego - one bridge went down to one lane. It was short, sweet and over quickly.

On I-10, near the connector of Loop 202 close to Phoenix (south side), two lanes goes down to one lane west/north bound. The connector to Loop 202 is closed so one needs to take Ray Rd. Even on Sunday afternoon, the interstate was congested. It's also frustrating to see two closed lanes (that ought to be three) and NO work going on!!!!

The rest area near Sentinel, AZ, on the eastbound I-8, was closed today. But the westbound rest area appeared to be open.
