So much to see so little time, thats what my Girlfriend and I realized today as we started digging more and more in the "What to see" and "top 10s" lists etc...

I think we will have to cut corners if we want to make this doable at an enjoyable pace for both of us, I like "power touring" and I would be happy with nice vistas and hiking etc.. But The missus starting showing all the beaaauutiful gardens, librairies and farmers markets in Chicago,Denver,Seattle,Portland, and we're not in California yet !

On the other hand we happen to be in regions where some interesting events are happening in August too, like the Sturgis Rallye , Bonneville Speed week, etc.. So its hard to please everyone without starting to "zig zag" up and down to hit every spot on a timely manner.

I think we have to "re-focus" and maybe spend less time some places...But like a mad dog , I'm find myself often trying to do it all and might actually succeed but not without burning the girlfriend at the same time...lol

I think we want to be knocked out of our socks by landscape beauties, and enjoy life on the road more than hitting every single museum/landmark listed on trip advisor...
