I need to get from phooenix to orlando there will be about 5 or six of us and i would prefer we all take one car however no one has a van or suv we could actually use. We need a good route and a good way to get there maybe a train?

If you've got 6 people, and no van, then you really won't be able to take just one car. If you would travel by car, you could easily make the trip using I-10 to I-75. Amtrak could be another very good option, it doesn't serve Phoenix directly, but you could pick up a train in either Tucson or Flagstaff and make your way east. The Sunset Limited would be the most direct route, taking you from Tucson to Orlando on the same train.
yeah i called them and katrina ruined sunset limited's route i would have to go up to chicago and back.
