How many days would you spend in Memphis?

Taking a road trip down there from Ohio---wondering how many days would should plan on staying in Memphis so we can see all of the historical and important things. We aren't really on a time schedule. Also, any recommendations of places to stay there?

We'll be arriving in Memphis during the middle of next week, but we only have two nights and 1.5 days budgeted for our visit. I'll post our list of attractions from home tonight. We leave tomorrow for 12 days.

Off the top of my head we have:

Graceland
Civil Rights Museum
Beale Street
and several restaurant recommendations

Where are you staying in Memphis?

We're going to stay at just a chain hotel just over the border in Mississippi. The prices were a little better and we're still pretty close to everything we want to see and do.
