i need to find someone who will rent to under 21 FAST. i am supposed to leave tomorrow at 3, and our car fell through, and i want to know if someone will rent to under 21 AND go out of state. Rent a Wreck does but not out of state.

Lisa, the best place to find the answer is the Yellow Pages -- the ads will often state whether they will rent to under-25s or under-21s. If you are renting in a different location from where you are, you can try to search on the internet for that city (you'll have to call to get full information, probably), or you could try your city library -- they often have yellow pages directories for other cities.
