anybody have any non touristy ideas. i am leaving tx on xmas to vegas. roadtrip that is.....

Big Bend could be on the route -- I would heartily suggest listening to the local cowboy yodelers at the Starlight Theatre in Terlingua, Texas.

What do you consider "non-touristy" is this volunteerism or????
