Default Looking for a cheap way to travel

I am hoping to go to america next summer 04, and i want to just get a car and travel for 3/4 months, just cruising and seeing everything. What is the best way to do this? Will be 23 but will only have been driving 3 years. What are the rules for hiring, and insurance and things.

    Thanks

    Default Drive USA

    Julie,

There is a book written by a British gent, that you should consider getting a hold of. His explanations are written from the viewpoint of British visitors. For more information, check out Drive USA
