I will like to get some advice for the quickest way from Seattle to Vegas pleeeeease....

According to my Micrsoft Street and Trips it's shorter and faster to take Interstates 90, 84 and 15. I know this route will be a lot less boring than going down Interstate 5.

I also checked my Streets & Trips software and plugged in for the most scenic route. It suggests following the same route partyway that you suggested but that you turn directly south at Twin Falls, ID, onto 93 South and follow this the rest of the way into Vegas.

I've never done that route. Looks desolate but for some interesting desert scenery perhaps? The drive through SLC, Provo, etc., is pretty bad, IMHO. Each time I've done it, it seems like there is always lots of construction going on with slowed traffic. Always nice to avoid when possible.
