How bad are the roads on I-70 west of Denver to the Utah border in March?

I have made that drive many, many times in the Spring. Some icy spots are possible, but the Colorado Highway department is one of the most efficient in the USA in terms of clearing the road.

Colorado Rockies in Spring -- is worth any amount of ice!
