Solo Traverler Needs Advice Lou.KY to Ft. Lauderdale FL

Hi- if anyone has been down intsts. 24, 75, The Florida Turnpike or 95- I am leaving, come hell or highwater, in my car from Louisville KY on Saturday. I want to be in Ft. Lauderdale by Sunday night. My Ultimate Goal is to get over to Bimini (bahamas) for a few days. Is ther anything fabulous I should see/do on the way in Georgia or Norhtern Fl? I know there are tons of things, but given my schedule, what can you recommend? I want to make the return drive in 2 days (1 overnight) as well. Suggestions? Thoughts?
