Toronto to New York City

Hi,
This is my first time on this page.
I wanna go on a road trip with my girl friend to New York City from Toronto in mid Feb. We will have about 3 days for this trip. Can someone assist me with how far it is, how long it will take and the best route to take. Thanks.

Hey. I have made the trip many times (even biked it). The fastest is about 8 hours, longest 11 hours because of the killer traffic getting into Manhatten. It's about 550 miles. Go to Tonawanda, then take highway 17...this is the fastest route and cheapest. (no toll rodes.) But if the weather is poor, stick to the interstate.
