Most of the press releases that arrive in my e-in-box are targeted to carrier-level enterprises. One from Open Telephone Networks in Berkeley is in that category, but it is an idea that is interesting. This company has created software that enables a subscriber to use only one telephone number. If the mobile telephone is off, it routes to a wireline or to voice-mail. There is an explanation about the "shortage" of telephone numbers that I found interesting at www.otelnet.com/products/main.htm
