  1. Default San Fran to Seattle in 7 days.

I posted earlier but have since updated my itinerary, any suggestions about where to stay along the way or what to see in each city as a true road trip experience? Also is this a doable schedule?

Day 1: New York to San Francisco (jetblue)
    Day 2: San Fran
Day 3: San Fran to Portland
    Day 4: Portland
    Day 5: Portland to Seattle
    Day 6: Seattle
Day 7: Seattle to New York (jetblue)

I would love to hear from anyone who has done this and if seattle-san fran or san fran-seattle is the better option.

    Welcome to the RTA forum!

Your trip is very doable from a distance stand point. The only day you'll have a real long day is your SF to Portland leg. The drive isn't outragous, but you won't really have time to stop and see things along the way.

Since you're only going to have a day or two in each city, I think you'll be fairly limited to checking out the big highlights of each city. However you should still be able to have a really nice time.
