My family and myself are planning a trip to Las Vegas in March 2008, going to San Fran and LA. How will the weather be that time of the year and will it be any busier than normal if we choose to include Easter week in the trip

Vegas weather is usually pretty good in March. My last trip there was in mid-march and I remember the temps being in the mid-80s.
There's always lots of people in Vegas, but I'd have to think that Easter would be an especially busy weekend. There is also a NASCAR race one weekend in March, and of course the NCAA basketball tourney will add to the buzz in the casinos, so those could also add to the crowds, depending upon which weekend Easter falls on.
thanks for the quick reply good friday falls on 21st march 2008. will the weather be ok in LA and San Fran around that time
i tend to think Vegas isnt all that hot of a place anyway. but i do remember when i went to Vegas in march it was ideal weather. very nice.
Nice to hear that San Francisco weather is so nice in March. My wife and I are coming over from Australia and are taking a road trip from S.F. to Las Vegas and she was worried it might be cold... I was worried it might be too hot!
The weather shouldnt be bad in LA in march it should be sunny but if ur visiting also bring some warm clothes just in case but the coldest it usually gets here is like 40 f but i dnt think it should be that cold in march and thats only in the mornings it gets warmer during the day at night it will be in the 60s maybe.
I know this thread is old, but I wanted to throw my two cents in regarding Easter. Easter (and all holiday weekends) means that all of the buffets jack up their prices. If you want to indulge in the champagne and additional food, that's great- but be sure to factor that into your costs- and the expected crowd.
