  1. Default driving with a gun

    got your attention?
    my boyfriend is flying out here from Texas, where he works in law enforcement. he carries his gun EVERYWHERE out there. It's a part of the culture.He is insistent about bringing it along with him on our drive to move me out there. What are some things he should consider before packing it with him?

    If he is a sworn officer, he probably already knows the rules and regulations affecting a sworn officer who crosses state lines with his weapon. In any case, you need to seek competent legal counsel regarding this issue.

    It's a touchy question for all kinds of reasons and issues, and legal advice is the best way to go.
