Cleveland to Seattle Road Trip

Hi there, my friend and I are planning a roadtrip from Cleveland to Seattle. Any tips from any folks. Totally 2400 miles, we are thinking of driving 10hrs a day. 5 hrs for either one of us and swapping to rest. Planning to stop at motels along the way. Want to finish this in a week :)

I think it is totally doable in 7 days! 2 400 miles divided by 7 days = ~343 miles/day. You wouldn't even have to drive 10 hours a day at that pace and you could even take some time to explore and visit. Here's a great field report on South Dakota, that might inspire a few side trips:-). You might also want to read Judy's article on speed runs before you leave.
