Orlando in April

Hi folks!

A co-worker and her family (husband, daughter, son & his gf both in their 20's) are going to Orlando for one week in April and I thought I might ask your advice on attractions, restaurants and interesting spots to visit in that area (max radius of 100 miles). They booked a room for the whole week in Orlando and are already doing the Disney World thing so I thought something more off the beaten track would be appropriate.

About 35 miles north of Orlando is the Blue Springs State Park and it is often a great place to watch West Indian Manatees -- it is possible they will be back in the St. John's River in April, so they should check with the park -- but even if they are gone -- it is a very cool park.

Other stuff close by to Orlando -- they can "skydive" in a vertical wind tunnel (it has a giant fan that mimics a free-fall.
