The National Mustard Museum is a celebration of the famous yellow condiment. Displays include more than 5,600 varieties of mustard from all 50 states and 60 countries. There are also historical items, and a gift shop where thousands of mustard varieties are available for sale. The museum is free, and free tasting of the mustards in the gift shop are available.
