Welcome to RTA!
With only 5 days, you can do this trip, but you won't have enough time to do anything in Tetons/Yellowstone but scratch the surface. It's a full day's drive (10+ hours) from Denver to Jackson. Yellowstone to Glacier is about 7 hours. Glacier to Seattle is another 10 hour day. This gives you only 1 day in Tetons/Yellowstone, which really isn't anywhere near enough. 1 day in Glacier is adequate.
Hotels in Jackson and around Yellowstone (West Yellowstone, Gardiner) are expensive. Around Glacier, prices aren't too bad in Kalispell.
Get an early start so you can drive through the Tetons to the south entrance of Yellowstone. The Tetons really do not require more than a drive through, unless you are into hiking. At Grant's village Visitor Centre get the estimated time of the next eruption of Old Faithful, so you can time your drive without having to wait an hour or more. Then if you exit via Mammoth Hot Springs, you will have an opportunity to pass by, and experience some of the boardwalks. If time permits, check out the magnificent lodge. It's not much in such a large park. But it is something.
