Welcome to the RTA Forum!
I'm sorry, but I don't know of any car rental company that will allow a one way rental to Alaska. If you want to rent a car for the trip, you're probably going to have to do it as a round trip, and even there, you have to make sure that you find a company that will allow unlimited miles anywhere in the US and Canada.
I'd say even this is a longshot, but you might look at doing the one way trip the other way, on the chance that a company needs a car moved back down to the lower 48 and would allow it. I'd guess that is still unlikely, but it is something to consider.
You don't say when you plan to travel, but the chances of vehicles (including RVs) needing to be moved between the lower 48 and AK are much more likely at each end of the tourist season. May - heading north. August - heading south.
