Thanks. The stops and accommodation are pretty much sorted but everything else is up in the air. As the guys will be cycling and we'll be driving we'll have plenty of time to see the sights.

Where's best for food, generally, and where to avoid!

We'll be driving from Seattle to DC and generally avoiding the interstates, driving mostly on smaller roads. Any advice on interesting places to see on the way, towns to avoid or to see?
