Yep, that's Sandia Peak.Just a guess.. but considering your location is "Albuquerque", Sandia Peak Tramway springs to mind.
Don,
Those are lovely creek photos -- but pretty hard to name this spot I'd think....
I toyed with shots with no background images -- but that would "break" one of our "rules" about visual clues in the photo so....

What city is this in?
and to eliminate any passing doubts about Florida... here's a visual hint:

Mark
...from small creeks mighty rivers grow!
I may have my perverse moments, but this time the shot is of something significant.
Your two clues:
1) This was taken in a National Park
2) EVERYBODY knows the name of this stream
In an hour or two I'll post a trailhead photo that should be all anybody needs.
It would appear that you didn't travel far to find snow white - Its just outside Vegas at Mt. Charleston, Nevada
You might categorize the major rivers of the USA into two groupings; here are some examples of such a grouping:
Group 1: Columbia, Sacramento, Snake
Group 2: Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio
Seek ye this stream amongst all the streams that would qualify for category 2 (once you figure out the correct grouping strategy).
Note: there are several grouping strategies that could lead to the example above, your challenge is to pick the right one.
However both rivers you mention fit the correct grouping strategy (so add them to group 2 and see if that tells you something).
I suggest you focus on the "taken in a National Park" clue as well.
