Detroit. It helps when one has seen the target in the flesh. So what's the sculpture in the foreground? I still have no clue as to the memorial(?)/sculpture on the waterfront.

It's a monument in honor of the boxer Joe Louis.

I believe that it's a new waterfront sculpture in Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Sonora, Mexico. I've never been, even though my wife's cousin owns a condo there and my daughter, son-in-law, and grand kids go down all the time. Just goes to show that you can find just about anything with the web and enough time.AZBuck
