Alcohol in the car?

I imagine there must be a lot of spring breakers who carry alcohol in the car without any worry..?

In most places the enforcement of under-age spring breakers goes way up. One of the few places I know where there is a bit more tolerance is South Padre Island in Texas, but generally the police close the bridge and keep the "breakers" on the island...
