And to Dave, I didn't realize that this was limited to USA IP customers?
I'm not sure how this stuff works, but I think it has something to do with not meeting the General Data protection regulations in the UK that were updated last year. Had a few (but not many) similar problems with US sites. Don't go getting all tech with me now, I know nothing ! Haha.
