A great price on a great book!

Road Trip America and Imbrifex Books have made their debut in the travel book business in a very big way! The first title in the Scenic Side Trip series, Arizona and New Mexico: 25 Scenic Side Trips, is garnering rave reviews. I recently completed a nine city tour doing book signings in 5 different states; I was interviewed on television six times, did four radio interviews, as well as interviews by bloggers, magazine writers, and freelance journalists.

Somewhere along the way, we caught the attention of the media buyer for Costco, the nationwide chain of gigantic warehouse stores. Among many other things, Costco stores carry a limited selection of books; mostly current best-sellers, cookbooks, children's books, and a smattering of "local" titles that vary regionally. A couple of weeks ago, their buyer placed a Costco-sized order with Imbrifex, and as of right now, our book is being sold in every Costco location in Arizona and New Mexico, at a whopping 40% discount off the full retail price!

You have to be a Costco member to shop in these stores and you can't get the deal online; you have to physically go into one of the 21 stores in Arizona or New Mexico, and, depending on how well it sells, it's a limited time offer. All of that said, for those of you who live in this part of the country and have access to a Costco membership card, there will never be a better deal on brand-new, hot off the press copies of this book! To sweeten the pot even more, I'll be signing copies of the book at one Costco store or another pretty much every Saturday in the month of July! (We'll post the exact schedule as soon as they give it to us).

At this price? Buy a whole stack of them! Keep one in the glove box of your car, one on the shelf at home, and give the rest as gifts!
