Trouble with Roadtrip Map Center

When I'm logged in and try to use the RTA map Center it doesn't work.
I enter the start address and finish address and press the button and nothing happens ( method 2). HELP
Also in method 1 it states to zoom in on the map but no map is present.
I have the popup disabled.
When I'm not logged in and use the map wizard it works.
Can anybody suggest any tips.

That is a very odd sequence of errors.

It is the same function on Map Wizard as it is on Map Center, (but the Map Center page has many more tools.)

I will look at your account and see what I can see.

What kind of device/browser are you using to access the Map Center?

If you have popups disabled, that's likely the cause of your problem, as popups are required to properly use the map center. Try enabling your popups and see if that works.

Yes, I misread your first post. You want to ENABLE pop-up windows. The program works by creating new windows where it displays the maps.

But it's really weird, that you can see the maps in Map Wizard but not in the Map Center.

I looked at your account and you haven't saved any routes, custom places or maps, so I can't troubleshoot the code as it is interacting with your account. I've run all sorts of test protocols since you wrote -- as far as I can tell, everything is working...

We are a couple of weeks from loading some brand new features on this program.

I worded it wrong, I meant to say that I disabled the pop up blocker so that popups are allowed. I further placed RTA in the allowed sites. I'm using windows 7 (still prefer it) and IE.

Roadtrip Map Center is now working.
