Salt Lake City to Pueblo Colorado route ideas

We are making a move, and in route we would like to drive through a national park or two. We plan on driving next week (end of March 2016) for a total of 3 days between SLC and Pueblo. Options we've considered are through the Tetons and Yellowstone versus going south to Zion and Bryce area. What suggestions are there as far as routes and options that might be open this time of year? We know we might only have a few hours to spend in each area.

Hello and welcome to RTA !

Yellowstone is in winter mode and most of the park is off limits to road traffic so I would look to Zion, Bryce and Arches NP's and possibly Mesa Verde NP in Colorado. Perhaps with just 3 days Arches, Canyonlands and take US50 past Black canyon would be a better option. As always, check conditions before and during travel.
