    Another interesting place to visit in the San Diego area, particularly if you are interested in Native American history and culture, is the Kumeyaay Interpretive Center Located just off of Poway Road in the heart of Poway --turn south on Silverse . Bear in mind that the Center is only open to the public sporadically. See the City of Poway website for more information.
