Moving From Boston to LA - need suggestions for quickest routes!

We are tired of New England and are ready to break free. We are moving in early September and seek advice as to the quickest routes across the country... Boston to LA with early stops in Albany, NY and Chicago, IL.

I-70 to I-15. I-70 over the Colorado Rockies is also stunningly beautiful.

I made same move 2 1/2 years ago (to San diego) from Boston and now I'm moving back. Yeah weather's great but I miss Boston and didn't realize how much until now. It's a Diffeerent world and very expensive. But try it out you may love it and stay. Anyway, you can go the southern route Mass pike to 84 to 76 to 70 to 44 to 40 to 17 to 10 not bad at all but hot or 90 to 80 to 76 to 70 (Rocky Mtns)to 15 to 10 but may be tough with trailer or big u-haul. Anyway good luck.
